At first glance you see a sushi plates that are tan with brush strokes of celery and broad
bands of silvery gray, but look closer and you’ll see an infinite array of colors. The tan
background is made up of orange, red, rust and tan layered in delicate layers so they blend
into a harmonious symphony of color. The splashes of light celery are the same – creamy
yellows and deeper greens combine to give the brush strokes incredible depth. For a
