sets and sushi plates.

Our Mission Statement

My Sushi Set is committed to bring you fun and safe shopping experience.  We
want to make sure that you are happy with your purchase.  As part of this
commitment, we provide a safe and secure shopping cart.  Your credit card and
personal information will be processed with the advanced data encryption
technology.  


Shipping

Most orders ship the same day or within 1 to 2 business days and take between
5 to 7 business days to reach the destination with ground shipping.
We use UPS Ground or USPS Priority for ground shipping.  FedEx 2 Day, UPS 3
Day Select and FedEx Standard Overnight are also available for air shipping.
All orders for air shipping must be received before 12:00 noon PST.

All orders to AK and HI will be shipped via US Postal Service (no express
delivery available).


Gift Receipt
Gift receipts are available upon request.  If you are sending your order to
someone other than yourself, please enter "Gift Receipt" in the Comment box
on the Billing Information page at the time of checkout.  
You can also include a message to the recipient in the same Comment box if
you wish.

We will ship the order with a
gift receipt and a greeting card (FREE)
indicating that the package is ordered and paid by you, along with a message
you may have provided.
No invoice will be sent to the recipient.


International Orders

If your country is not found in the country list at the time of checkout, please
contact us at
support@mysushiset.com for a custom international shipping
quote.
All international orders will be shipped via US Postal Service.  The package
usually takes 7 to 14 business days to reach the destination.


Order Status

You can track your order any time by simply clicking the link included in the
shipping confirmation you will receive from us

Back Order Policy

In the event the items need to be back ordered, we will notify you. You will have
the option to wait, change, or cancel the order. There is no restocking fee for
cancelled orders.


Return Policy

Returns are gladly accepted.  Customer satisfaction is our number one priority.
If you need to return a merchandise, contact us within 10 days.

Please make sure you contact us first at
returns@mysushiset.com.  Do not
send back the merchandise before we issue a return code.  The item arrived
damaged must be kept in the same package with the packing material.  This
also applies to the returns with any other reasons.
