How to Pick Low Fat Sushi

The general consensus is that Sushi is generally low in calorie. Although this is true, not all sushi are the same. The video shows what to avoid if you are extremely sensitive on calorie consumption. The rule of thumb is to go easy on anything fried, processed food, or something creamy. A tempura roll is obviously fried, a Philly roll has cream cheese and a creamy scallop tastes a bit rich. The eel is looking awfully good. It’s a natural fat. I would make this an exception
