Pad Thai is something crave once in a while. The Pad Thai salad looks great, but I have no idea what kelp noodle tastes like or where to get it. Kelp is a great source of calcium and I would love to replenish my body with calcium this way. When it comes to healthy diet, Ani knows what she’s talking about.
Henry’s signature technique is cutting. He never invests in a sharp knife so any thing he cuts or slices fall apart. You have to give it to him. No matter how many times he fails, he comes right back and show us how to cook something new in a unique sort of way. This is the last video Henry made and I want more. The show must go on.
This is Episode 4 of the Henry’s Kitchen series. It highlights Henry’s depressively humorous character even further. Henry invites us to his defeated-by-life perspective. He usually does so while he waits for his dishes to be fully cooked. He works so hard, generous enough to share his recipe, and extremely patient that he waits two weeks for the truffles to be ready, yet again success slips away. One thing I can say about Henry is that he’s not a quitter. He will for sure come up with another recipe that entertains us.
Being an ice cream lover, to know that there is a natural food that eats up sugar makes me elated. Probiotic bacterial strains or good bacteria are the best remedy for avoiding diarrhea from taking antibiotics. Better yet, probiotics prevent colon cancer and reduce cholesterol. My doctor told me I have high cholesterol. I also have weak intestines so I should introduce the source of probiotics in my daily regimen. Other than in kefir, probiotics are also found in “live” yogurt and cheese that contains active culture.
After I watched his first episode, I’m hooked. Henry’s take on life is so depressing and hilarious at the same time, it’s incredibly entertaining. This time Henry invites us to his world of spicy shepherd’s pie making. Interestingly enough, he has a guest star in this clip.
