Sushi 101 at Sushi Samba

Sushi Samba is presumably the most popular sushi restaurant in the country. Typing “sushi samba” on Google returns whopping 179,000 results, yet it’s locations are limited to New York, Chicago, and Las Vegas.

After visiting its Web site, I see why the restaurant maintains its throne as a most sought after sushi restaurant. It is the entire experience that attracts people. The restaurant entices people by holding a number of social events including sake tasting, Japanese beer tasting and sushi-making class.

The stylish and modern atmosphere with great music creates a perfect ambience for dancing. Sushi Samba’s original music CDs, books and chopsticks are for sale.

The interesting mix of cuisine and culture of Japan, Brazil and Peru makes the restaurant very unique for people who are looking for something different.
The video shows how easy it is to make sushi rolls and serve on a plate.
